Our company’s own requirement to manufacture high-quality products and to enable optimum site activities – from the planning and manufacturing period through to the final installation – is the result of the type of our products themselves and of our services. In parallel this requirement continuously grows with our products’ diversity and complexity.
In this respect it was quite obvious fur us to install and maintain a quality management system to control and supervise all the object and product related processes. Our management system is based on DIN EN ISO 9001. We comply with this standard, which we prove by means of a certificate issued by an independent certification body. Our QM system aims at continuously improving products, services, processes and structures. All the organisation units of the H. Stock GmbH & Co KG are integrated in this process. For this purpose it is essential that all the staff members of our company familiarise with the quality documentation and the embedded philosophy, that they maintain it and consider and apply the relevant valid principles and process instructions. Since experience has shown that continuous and sustainable improvements are only successful when all the involved persons help to cooperate and act correspondingly.
Quality Management
The company H. Stock GmbH & Co. KG was first certified in the year 2004 according to DIN EN ISO 9001 by TÜV Rheinland (Technical Supervisory Association). Since that time we have been able to recognise and successfully implement a great number of improvement measures. Driven by the basic thought to continuously improve our performances – also and in particular for the benefit of our customers – we will continue to maintain this course. As a consequence we are presently working on the introduction and/or implementation of the extended QM criteria according to the new standard DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2015.
